As families welcome their newborns they face challenges.  They must develop a “New Normal” for their particular situation.  Often friends and family are available to help them through this process.   This is wonderful.  New parents need all the help they can obtain!  Others bringing in meals, helping with house care, and simply holding baby so exhausted parents can take a nap are ways to help.   If there are older siblings in the home having someone to spend time with them and entertain them can be a godsend, helping the children navigate the changes.

Please find interesting articles and information in the attached blog.  There are a million ways to think ahead and plan for the arrival of a new baby.  As a professional doula my job is to help smooth the way in this exciting, exhausting, and blessed time.  My goal is to help you find the sweet spot in the mayhem!  Every family is different.  Every birth and every baby has its unique qualities.  There are no pat answers for everyone.  Finding what works best for you, your baby, and your family in your home is what I do best.

Every little bit helps!  Having a trained infant care specialist can rub off some of the rough edges and bring peace.  Simply having someone who understands and can answer your questions will take lots of stress off you.

Contact me via email, telephone, or text and lets see how I can help.

Warmly,  JUDY
